About PanchPrana
PanchPrana provides guided breathwork, pranayama, introductory learning materials, and tools for building personal practices. The content is intended for general wellness and educational purposes.
Important health and safety information
PanchPrana is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified teacher or healthcare professional. Practice within your own ability and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, breathless, or unwell.
Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning breathwork if you are pregnant, have a heart, lung, blood-pressure, neurological, or mental-health condition, have recently had surgery, or have any concern about whether breathwork is appropriate for you. Do not practice while driving, operating machinery, in water, or anywhere that requires your full attention.
Your use of the app
You may use PanchPrana for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for using the app safely and for deciding whether a practice is appropriate for you. Do not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the app except where applicable law permits it.
Your content and device data
You are responsible for the custom practices and other content you create in PanchPrana. Keep any device backups you need. To the extent permitted by law, PanchPrana is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, an operating-system change, or deleting the app.
